Gloria lived in New York City, Vancouver, Hong Kong, and Beijing, so she understands that local processes and subtleties are critical, and will guide you through the entire process. In 2015, Gloria has sold $34 million of homes in the San Francisco Bay Area. She focuses on finding you a beautiful home and an outstanding investment in Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Atherton, Los Altos, Mountain View, or San Francisco. Her clients tend to be young professionals and international high net-worth individuals.

She has a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from Columbia University, where she was also a guest lecturer on Pricing, explaining the intricacies of value and price. Before real estate, her career was centered on using quantitative analysis to advise pricing decisions and sales strategies in advertising – from launching a Silicon Valley mobile advertising start-up to allocating multi-billion dollar budgets at CBS, NBC and Disney. Her analyses provided her clients a thorough understanding of the risks and opportunities associated with their choices, and empowered them to make well-informed decisions. Now she brings this quant skillset to her true passion – helping people realize their dreams through buying or selling homes.

Having lived and traveled in over fifty countries across five continents, Gloria finally put down roots in Palo Alto. Together with her husband and twin sons, she is deeply involved in the local community – volunteering as a court-appointed advocate for foster children in Santa Clara County, as well as completing multiple 3-day walks to raise money for breast cancer cures.
